KULINSKI POLAND ADVISORY connects company formation, recruitment and operational setup under an Interim Country Lead responsible for coordinating the agreed programme.
Munich, 27 October 2026 — KULINSKI POLAND ADVISORY (KPA) sets out five management priorities for German companies establishing or expanding operations in Poland. Its approach brings the business model, location, company formation, key hires and the handover to permanent management into one coordinated programme. The aim is to give management a clear view of what must be decided, who owns each action and which conditions need to be met before the Polish team starts delivering.
1. Define what the Polish business will deliver
The starting point is an agreed operating model. An IT or SAP team, a finance function and a sales or service operation each require a different combination of people, systems and management attention.
2. Test the location against the team and the full cost of operating
A location decision should reflect the roles that must be filled. Relevant considerations include specialist skills, language requirements, competition for candidates, accessibility and the intended working model. A city that suits one function may be unsuitable for another.
3. Coordinate company formation with readiness to employ and operate
Legal structure, registration, banking, accounting, payroll and employment arrangements need to support the same business plan. KPA coordinates the relevant work with qualified professional partners and connects it to the wider setup schedule.
Legal, tax, notarial and payroll services are delivered by qualified specialists; KPA’s role is to manage the agreed programme and its dependencies.
4. Recruit the first people around real responsibilities
The initial local leader and key specialists establish how the operation will work. Role profiles should therefore specify the decisions each person can make, the outcomes they are expected to deliver and their relationship with the German organisation.
5. Define handover before the build-up begins
A useful handover gives permanent management a business it can understand and control. The criteria should be agreed at the start and cover leadership responsibilities, reporting, established processes, partner relationships and outstanding actions.
An Interim Country Lead to connect the work
KPA’s Interim Country Lead model puts one lead in charge of coordinating delivery across the agreed workstreams and reporting progress to the client’s management. The scope, decision authority and handover criteria are agreed for each engagement. The project role does not automatically include a statutory director appointment or legal representation.
